Designed with heart. Backed by strategy. Built for founders like you.

Signature Brand Strategy + Bespoke Design

For founders ready to build something that lasts.

Most businesses do not have a brand problem. They have a clarity problem. When you are not sure who you are talking to, what makes you different, or why someone should choose you over everyone else, that confusion shows up in your visuals, your messaging, and the way your business feels to people from the outside.

This is the most comprehensive brand experience I offer. We go deep before we go anywhere near a mood board. The strategy work we do together shapes every design decision, so the result is not just beautiful. It is built to work.

What is Included:

Brand Strategy Workshop, Competitive and Audience Research, Brand Positioning and Messaging Foundation, Logo Suite (primary, secondary, submark), Typography System, Color Palette, Brand Pattern, Supporting Brand Elements and Icons, Brand Guidelines (10 to 15 pages), Brand Presentation and Rationale Document, Full Project Management

This is right for you if:

You are ready to get clear on your vision, audience, and positioning. You want a visual identity that cannot be confused with anyone else. You are building something with staying power and need a brand that scales with you. You want every design decision to be backed by research and strategy, not guesswork.

Timeline: 8 to 10 weeks
Investment: Starting at $4,900. Custom proposal provided after a discovery call.

Brand Essentials

For founders who are ready to look the part from day one.

Not every business needs a comprehensive full strategy engagement right out of the gate. Sometimes you just need a professional, cohesive brand that looks intentional and gives you a strong foundation to grow from. This package is designed for founders who are early in the journey or working within a defined budget, and who want something that feels elevated without the extended timeline.

This is not a template. It is not a brand kit off a shelf. It is original design work built around your business, your goals, and the people you want to attract.

What is Included:

Brand Questionnaire and Discovery, Logo Suite (primary mark and submark), Typography Pairing, Color Palette, Brand Snapshot Guidelines (1 Page), Brand Mock-ups, Project Management

This is right for you if:

You are just getting started and need a professional brand without a full strategy process. You have outgrown your DIY branding and are ready for something that actually represents where your business is headed. You want a polished, cohesive identity that feels intentional. You need to move efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Timeline: 4 to 6 weeks
Investment: Starting at $1,980. Custom proposal provided after a discovery call.

Your Business Is Unique. Your Scope Can Be Too.

Not everything fits neatly into a package and that is okay. If you have questions, need a custom scope, or just want to talk through your options before committing to anything, I would love to hear from you.

FAQs

Do you offer payment plans?

I sure do.

To get started, I require a deposit to hold your space in my calendar. You’ll have the option to pay for the remainder in one or two installments (with the balance being paid upon completion). For simple planning and no surprises, the remaining time we work together will be billed on a monthly basis for retainers or upon the completion of a specific project.

What is your design style?

My signature aesthetic: boho-elegant, nature-inspired, and illustration-driven with a modern edge. But strategy always comes before aesthetics. Before anything gets designed, we get clear on who you are, who you are talking to, and what your brand needs to communicate. That brief shapes every creative decision, which means the work looks like you, not like a trend or a template.

What might surprise you is the range. Before founding Graphic Heart, I spent years in corporate marketing and design, which means I am equally comfortable with clean, minimal systems, data-driven infographics, corporate communications, and presentation design as I am with hand-drawn illustration and expressive brand work. That breadth is an asset. I can move between a whimsical botanical brand and a sharp professional services identity without missing a beat.

My portfolio leans toward founder-led businesses in industries where craft, quality, and human connection matter. I have worked across a wide range of industries including food and beverage, wellness and spa, agriculture and agritourism, hospitality, CPG and ecommerce, professional services and consulting, construction and engineering, interior design, creative entrepreneurs, and nonprofits.

If your industry is not on that list, it does not mean we are not a fit. Reach out and let's find out.

What's the difference between branding and marketing?

Think of it this way. Your brand is who you are. Marketing is how you tell people about it.

Your brand defines your values, your personality, and the impression you leave on people before they ever buy from you. Brand identity design translates all of that into something visual: a logo, a color palette, typography, and a visual language that communicates who you are without saying a word. Marketing is the activity that puts that brand in front of the right people through the right channels at the right time.

The reason this distinction matters is that marketing only works as hard as the brand behind it. You can run ads, post consistently, and show up everywhere, and still struggle to convert if the brand underneath is unclear, inconsistent, or does not resonate with the people you are trying to reach.

If you are great at what you do but find it hard to explain why someone should choose you over a competitor, that is almost always a brand problem, not a marketing problem. Getting the brand right first makes every marketing dollar you spend more effective.

At Graphic Heart I work at both levels. Brand identity projects build the foundation. Marketing direction and support helps you activate it. The two work together, and having the same person guide both means nothing gets lost in translation.

How many concepts do you create?

One. And here is why that is actually better for you.

Presenting multiple concepts sounds like it gives you more choice, but in practice it means splitting creative energy across several directions instead of pouring everything into the right one. What you end up with is a handful of ideas that are each halfway there rather than one solution that is exactly right.

My process is designed to do the decision-making work upfront. The strategy, research, and discovery phase we go through together means that by the time design begins, there is a clear, agreed-upon direction. The concept I present is not a guess or a starting point. It is a fully considered solution built specifically around your brief, your audience, and your goals.

Most clients find that seeing one strong, well-reasoned concept is far more exciting than having to choose between three that all feel like compromises. If refinements are needed after presentation, we work through them together. That is what the revision rounds are for.

What if I do not know what I want my brand to look like?

Honestly? That is the best place to start.

Some of the most beautiful, original work I have ever created came from founders who showed up with nothing but a business they believed in and a willingness to trust the process. No mood board, no color palette in mind, no idea what they wanted. Just openness. And that is everything.

When you are not locked into a preconceived idea, we have the freedom to build something that is genuinely, unmistakably yours rather than a variation of what everyone else in your space is already doing.

Here is what I need from you: your story, your values, the people you want to serve, and the feeling you want your brand to leave behind. I will ask the right questions, listen carefully, and translate all of that into a visual identity that feels like it could not belong to anyone else.

You do not need to know what your brand should look like. You just need to know your business. I will take it from there.

What is your availability?

My calendar stays pretty full. I work with a small number of clients at a time intentionally, because every project gets my full attention and that is not something I am willing to compromise on.

That said, I am always looking for the right next client to work with. If you have a project on the horizon, the best thing you can do is reach out sooner rather than later. Discovery calls are always free, and even if the timing is not quite right, we can get you on the radar for an upcoming opening.

The founders who get the most out of working with Graphic Heart are the ones who plan ahead. If you know a rebrand, launch, or website is coming up in the next few months, now is a good time to start the conversation.

I loved working with Shiloh to create my logo - she was so creatively talented and her work always has a beautiful nod to mother nature. She turned my logo around in a week & I am constantly getting complements on it!! Highly recommend.
