Marketing Collateral + Graphic Design

For brands that need design support beyond the initial project.

Your brand does not live only on your website. It shows up in every pitch deck, every proposal, every piece of packaging, every email your customers open. This service is for established brands that need a reliable design partner to keep everything looking intentional and on-brand as the business grows.

What is Included: Business Cards and Stationery, Brochures and Sales Sheets, Pitch Decks and Proposals, Packaging Design, Print and Digital Advertising Assets, Trade Show and Event Materials, Social Media Templates, Annual Reports and Presentations, Email Template Design, Files Delivered in All Required Print and Digital Formats, Project Management

This is right for you if: You have an established brand and need ongoing design support. You are preparing for a launch, event, or campaign and need polished materials fast. You want everything to look cohesive across print and digital without managing multiple vendors.

Investment: Collateral projects start at $150hr. Ongoing retainer support available starting at $1,200 per month. Custom scope provided after a discovery call.

Email Marketing

For businesses ready to turn their list into a revenue channel.

Email is still one of the highest-returning marketing channels available, and most businesses are leaving money on the table by not using it strategically. Whether you need a single campaign or a fully automated system that nurtures leads and drives repeat purchases, this service is built around your goals.

What is Included: Email Template Design, Monthly Newsletter Management, Welcome and Onboarding Sequences, Abandoned Cart and Browse Abandonment Automations, Post-Purchase Flows, Promotional Campaign Setup and Execution, List Segmentation Strategy, Basic Performance Reporting

Platform experience includes Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Flodesk and most major ESP platforms.

This is right for you if: You have a list but are not emailing consistently. You want automated sequences that work while you sleep. You are running an ecommerce store and need abandonment and post-purchase flows set up properly. You want your emails to actually look like your brand.

Investment: Template design starting at $800. Monthly management starting at $1,500 per month. Automation builds priced by scope.

Marketing Direction

For founders who need strategic marketing leadership without a full-time hire.

Most small businesses do not need a full-time CMO. They need someone who can come in, assess what is working and what is not, build a clear strategy, and either execute it or direct the people who will. That is exactly what this service is.

This is senior-level marketing thinking applied to your specific business, budget, and goals. I have worked across CPG, manufacturing, engineering, professional services, and founder-led brands, which means I understand how to build marketing systems that actually fit the stage your business is in.

What is Included: Marketing Audit and Assessment, Brand and Messaging Strategy, Channel and Campaign Planning, Content and Editorial Direction, Vendor and Agency Management, Marketing Tech Stack Review and Implementation, Team Direction and Oversight, Monthly Strategy and Reporting

This is right for you if: You are spending money on marketing without a clear strategy behind it. You have a team or contractors but no one directing the overall effort. You are scaling and need someone who has done this before to help you avoid costly mistakes. You want marketing and brand to work together rather than in separate silos.

Investment: Starting at $3,500 per month. Minimum three month engagement. Custom scope provided after a discovery call.

Tech Stack Implementation + Marketing Systems

For businesses that need the right tools set up correctly from the start.

The right marketing technology can save you hours every week and make your entire operation more effective. The wrong setup creates chaos, missed opportunities, and money wasted on tools that do not talk to each other.

I help founder-led businesses identify, configure, and connect the platforms that actually make sense for where they are and where they are going. No bloated enterprise software. No tools you will never use. Just a clean, functional system built around your workflow.

What is Included: Marketing Tech Audit, Platform Selection and Setup, Email Platform Configuration, CRM Setup and Integration, Analytics and Tracking Setup, Automation and Workflow Build, Team Training and Documentation

Platforms I work with include Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify, WordPress, and more.

Investment: Audits starting at $750. Full implementations priced by scope after a discovery call.

Your Business Is Unique. Your Scope Can Be Too.

FAQs

What is the difference between marketing collateral and brand identity?

Brand identity is the foundation: your logo, color palette, typography, and the visual system that defines how your business looks and feels. Marketing collateral is everything you build on top of that foundation. Brochures, pitch decks, packaging, email templates, social media assets, and trade show materials are all collateral.

You need a solid brand identity before collateral design can do its job properly. A beautifully designed brochure built on an inconsistent brand just spreads the inconsistency further. If you are not sure whether your brand foundation is strong enough to build on, that is worth a conversation before we start designing anything.

What is a marketing director and do I need one?

A Marketing Director is a senior marketing strategist who works with your business on a part-time or contract basis rather than as a full-time hire. You get the strategic thinking, experience, and leadership of a seasoned marketing director without the full-time salary and overhead that comes with it.

You probably need one if you are spending money on marketing without a clear strategy behind it, if you have contractors or a small team but no one directing the overall effort, or if you are scaling and need someone who has done this before to help you avoid costly mistakes. If your marketing feels scattered, reactive, or disconnected from your brand, that is usually a sign that strategic leadership is missing.

Do I need to have my branding done before we work on marketing?

For collateral and design work, yes. A cohesive brand is the prerequisite for everything looking intentional and on-brand. If your visual identity is inconsistent or feels off, that will show up in every piece of marketing we create together.

For marketing direction work, not necessarily. Part of what I do in a strategic engagement is assess your current brand and marketing together and identify where the gaps are. Sometimes the recommendation is to get the brand sorted first. Sometimes we can build a solid marketing strategy while brand work happens in parallel.

What email platforms do you work with?

I have experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and most major email service providers. Klaviyo is my platform of choice for ecommerce clients because of its native Shopify integration and automation capabilities. For service-based businesses I typically recommend Mailchimp or HubSpot depending on your CRM needs and budget.

If you are already on a platform, I will work with what you have. If you are starting from scratch, we will choose the right tool for your business during the discovery process.

What does a marketing tech stack audit include?

A tech stack audit looks at every platform and tool you are currently using for marketing and evaluates whether it is the right fit, whether it is set up correctly, and whether your tools are actually talking to each other. Most businesses I work with are either missing key tools, paying for things they are not using, or have platforms that are not integrated properly.

The audit results in a clear picture of what is working, what needs to be fixed, and what should be replaced or added. From there we can either implement the recommendations together or I can hand you a roadmap to work from.

Do you offer ongoing retainer support?

Yes, and for most clients it is the best way to work together. One-off projects have their place but the businesses that see the most consistent results are the ones that have a reliable design and marketing partner they can count on month to month.

Retainers are available for collateral design, email marketing management, and fractional CMO engagements. Scope and investment are determined during the discovery call based on what your business actually needs.
