Shipment Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We typically ship USPS unless we are shipping a larger order and then we may use UPS. If you have any shipping specifications please specify at checkout. 

Lost Items

We can not take responsibility for lost items due to the wrong address being provided or a mailing issue. However, please reach out to us if this occurs. We're happy to discuss with you. We will help you track down lost packages as well. Just get in touch! 


All sales are final. We do not accept returns on products in good condition. However, we will work with you if you receive a damaged product simply get in touch with us.
