Ever Pine Photography came to Graphic Heart with a clear feeling but no visual language to hold it. The warmth of a long walk through the woods, the steadiness of something that's been growing quietly for years. As a Bend brand design studio, we focused our strategy work on naming that feeling and building a brand identity around it: rooted, unhurried, and grounded in the Pacific Northwest sensibility that shapes both the photographer and her work. We positioned Ever Pine as a portrait and lifestyle photography studio for clients who want their images to feel like a memory, not a marketing asset — and built every brand decision, from typography to color, around that promise.
Logo & Brand Guidelines
The primary logo pairs custom hand-lettered script with a small pine illustration, a quiet nod to the studio's namesake and to the evergreen landscape that surrounds Bend, Oregon. Our logo design process produced a full identity system, including a circular EP monogram for small applications, a stamp-style badge for merchandise and signage, and a secondary illustrated mark featuring tonal pine motifs. The brand color palette leans into earthy, lived-in tones: deep forest green, soft blush, dusty blue, and warm cream colors that photograph well in natural light and feel at home in the Pacific Northwest. The complete brand guidelines document logo usage, typography hierarchy, pattern application, and color specifications, ensuring the identity scales gracefully across print, web, and merchandise.
Project Overview
This Ever Pine Photography project is a representative example of Graphic Heart's approach to brand design in Bend, Oregon. Spanning brand strategy, logo and identity design, a custom portfolio website, and a full suite of branded collateral including signage, packaging, apparel, tote bags, hats, and printed materials. Every touchpoint was designed with the same intention: to give a small, considered photography studio a brand identity as enduring as the work it produces.
