FAQs

What's required to start a project?

A signed contract and 50% deposit are required to hold your spot and begin work. The balance is invoiced at project completion, with the option to split into installments on larger projects.
How do revisions work?

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, noted per service. Revisions outside of that scope are billed at my hourly rate. I use a structured feedback process so revisions stay focused and efficient.
How will we communicate during the project?

All projects are managed through Dubsado. You'll have a dedicated client portal with your contract, invoices, questionnaires, and project communication in one place. No digging through email threads.
Do you work with businesses outside of Oregon?

Yes. Graphic Heart works with clients across the United States, Australia, and the EU. Everything is handled remotely through video calls and the client portal.
What if I need something that isn't listed here?

Custom scopes are always an option. If you're not sure where to start or have a project that doesn't fit neatly into a package, the Clarity Call is exactly the right first step. No pressure, just a real conversation.
What additional costs might come up?

Project pricing covers professional design and strategy services. It does not include font or image licensing, photography, printing, domain registration, or platform hosting. Any expected third-party costs will be noted in your proposal.
